"Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now. Write down what you want most and see it often." -Peter Vidmar This quote by Peter Vidmar is. He is basically saying to not give up on what you want in life. What he means by don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now is to not really focus on what you want to do at the moment but focus on what you want most. For example, if you want to go to the movies with your friends focus on what you want most before doing anything else. To achieve what you want most you have to write down what you want, That's why Peter says to write down what you want most and see it often. When you write down what you want you have to see it often to remember what you want and be motivated to achieve it. When you write down your goals and see them very often you are very likely to achieve that goal.  

"A god name is better than anything you can achieve in this life" Coach K Mike Krzyzewski This quote from coach k means that having a good name is the best thing you can have in life. By having a good name he doesn't mean having a nice name, he means having a name that everyone knows and when they hear that name they would just think good things. They would not think of a criminal they would think of someone that makes good decisions, is loyal, responsible,etc. This is the greatest achievement in life because you would be known as a great person and  as a role model.

"If your so- called friends urge you to do anything you know is wrong, you be the one to make a stand for right, even if you stand alone. Have the moral courage to be a light for others to follow."  This statement is very true and everyone should listen to it. Many kids hang out with their friends in school during lunch but are they really their friends? If that person tells you to do things that are wrong, he or she is probably not a friend. A friend does not encourage you to do things you know are wrong such as smoking, not listening to your parents, doing bad in school, etc. Always stand up for what you think is right and don't do what these "friends" tell you to do if you know it is wrong. You shouldn't hang out with these people if you know they are a bad influence. Always know who you are hanging out with and who you consider a friend.

They determine if there is any health issues and correct them. Columbus Day Christopher columbus is an italian explorer who was born in 1451 in the republic of Genoa, Italy. Columbus day is a US holiday that celebrates the landing of christopher columbus in “the new world” on October 12, 1492. Many people say that christopher discovered America but that is false, there were millions of people living there before he landed there. This holiday honors christopher's achievements and celebrates Italian - American heritage. Columbus day was not a holiday until president Franklin D. Roosevelt proclaimed it to be a holiday in 1937. People celebrate columbus day by hosting parades and fairs that have costumes, Italian food, and music. Reflection: I think Columbus day is a good holiday because it celebrates Italian-American heritage.   

"Goal setting is Goal getting. Set and Get"- Mark Victor Hansen Mark Victor Hansens statement is very true because when you set your goal you are more likely to get that goal. This is because when you write down your goal you look at it and read it and you are more determined to reach that goal. When you dont set your goal you just think about it but never achieve it or are very unlikely to achieve it. For example if your goal is to be a nurse or a doctor you have to write it down. That is when you set your goal. To get your goal you have to do whatever you can and be willing to do everything you need to do to reach it. Always remember to write down any goal that you want and look at it every day because that is the only way to get that goal. Get a journal and write down all of your goals on there and remember the more you set, the more you get.  

Plastic Surgeon Duties and responsibilities: Most people think that a plastic surgeon only do cosmetic procedures to enhance a patient's outward appearance but they do more than that. Some plastic surgeons specialize in treating patients after an injury. A plastic surgeon talks to the patient before the treatment to know what they want to change about their body. They suggest a medical treatment to correct what they want and they tell the patient the benefits and  risks of the procedure. They make a schedule for the patient and line up other medical professionals that would be needed for the procedure. They meet with the patient after the surgery to see if the surgery went well and was successful. Salary: $302,263-$448,513 Education : To become a plastic surgeon you need a bachelor's degree in a pre-medical major such as biology or chemistry. You must enter medical school after.

Faust, he is saying that every time you obey you build a building block and go higher. This is obviously not literal. Your goal is to get to the top and to do that you need to be obedient.  Just like you build a block every time you obey you also get a stumbling block every thime you disobey. When you get a stumbling block your blocks fall and you have to build them up again. You should always choose the right to keep your blocks from falling because once your blocks fall you are going to struggle to build them again. Being obedient feels good afterward and you also make others feel good.
